Hopefully, just temporary. They obscure the engraved dedication " which reads: "this building
dedicated to music, art,literature and history, is the GIFT of Andrew Carnegie to the people
of Pittsburgh.
It is sad that few people recognize the impact of Carnegie's founding, and initially endowing
