Hello, Lair friends! Just wanted to reach out and let yinz know that my online fitness Training Camp is open for sign-ups. Chris has been talking about it on the pod over the last month or so, but I understand not everyone catches every episode. So I asked Chris if he'd be OK with me posting a notification here.
