So yesterday for my birthday, my sister got me an autographed Darrelle Revis Pitt jersey framed. It was worn by him while he was at Pitt, and I know that for sure because of where/who it came from and she actually met with him personally for the autograph.
My question is this: at the time Darrelle was at Pitt, do any of you remember if the gold jerseys had PITTSBURGH across the top of the numbers on the back where a name might be? Its stitched and clearly worn, I was just curious if this was something they practiced in or if this was from gametime. I believe it is game because it would probably be random to wear the golds to practice, I just wasn't a crazed Pitt fan at that time to have a recollection of something so specific. Just curious for my own personal knowledge when someone would ask me about it, either way it was a bad ass gift.
