thought this was funny. a bill in ohio to make it a felony. i mean, lets relax a bit. i will admit, it's a scumbag move and the ncaa should absolutely have a rule prohibiting it. suspend any player for a game or games who did it, maybe even possible punishments to the program as a whole.
