I've heard Junker talk about a psu water polo game on WTAE and not mention anything about the hometown teams in any sport. I don't even watch WTAE sports any longer because they have minimal to no coverage of the hometown college teams.

To be completely honest, I have never met a PSU basketball fan.
Your point is justified by the fact that the front page of the basketball board on BWI has posts from 2014. PSU fans are passionate about football first, football attendance 2nd, football recruiting 3rd and wrestling 4th.
Would love to get good enough to beat them in wrestling. Coach Gavin has PITT wrestling going in the righ direction.
