OT PSU questio

Having a convo with my PSU friend and I was telling him about the precieved bias for higher rankings to kids that commit to PSU.

I (think) I remember a kid who committed to PSU as an unranked/ unevaluated kid and a day or two after committing some sites made him a 4 star. He wants names— can anyone help me out?
