When I went to the game on Friday against Binghamton I bought 2 hot dogs and a pretzel. The hot dog buns were literally stale. Not soft at all, they were cold and breaking apart at the slightest touch. The hot dog wasn't good either as it was lukewarm at best and tasted dry. The pretzel was hard as a rock and tasted horribly.
I have been going to the Pete for games since they opened and I remember up until the last few years the food quality was fine. Nothing amazing but it was pretty decent. I don't know if Pitt changed vendors or if this is all after covid but honestly it's a disgrace how bad even arena staples like a hot dog or pretzel are now.
Anyone else feel the same way? All I have seen is prices going up all the time but the food quality getting much worse. Pete needs to do a lot better.
