Where the heck is RMU playing their games? The new place isn't finished yet is it?
RMU is currently playing their home games in their new student rec building (on campus) which holds about a 1,000 people. Made it out to a game this year, still not a bad place to see a game. Has great atmosphere when the crowd gets into the game.
The new 4,000 seat arena (UPMC Events Center) will open in May as they have several concerts lined up there already.
Good comeback win by RMU last night.

is this the only university arena with the name of another university in its arena name? Shouldn't the "University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Events Center" be on Pitt's campus instead of RMU's?

No, Duquesne's new arena will also be called UPMC

True but UPMC offered up money & got a great deal with RMU to be their health care provider for like 20 years...so props to them.
Plus, UPMC is a big network, bigger than just “Pitt” itself.
