99% of the houses in south oakland need demolished. what a sh*t hole..

Lived on Atwood for a couple of terms. If the bathroom was taken people would crawl out the window onto a porch roof to wiz. Didn’t realize until one time in daylight that the roof was almost three stories high based on house construction.

The city won’t go for it because of the loss of tax revenue.
Infrastructure costs alone would be astronomical with all new waste and storm sewers, gas,electric, and telephone replacement. Plus there’s no ingress and egress from Oakland.
