Hey Panther Fans:

I know Saturday is a big day for all of us. It is also a early tailgate for most of us. I am trying to see what everyone else cooks up for their early morning tailgates. I assume all breakfast items so what does everyone have in mind?

Eggs, bacon wrapped tater tots, a nice quiche, sausage links, sandwich ring.

Omelet bar, bloody mary bar, mimosas, beer, venison sausage, alligator sausage, italian sausage, etc etc

Breakfast Burritos filled with scrambled eggs, potatoes, kielbasa, cheese. Topped with Cholula or Frank's and chased with a Bloody Mary.

Wonderful post. I need some new ideas. I was just doing some breakfast sandwiches (bacon/sausage, egg, cheese on a muffin) + vodka

Some of the best i have seen so far and makes me want to add to my menu is Omelet Bar, Breakfast Burritos, and I was thinking about the Breakfast Sandwiches or mixed grill.

Also, thought of doing cheesy potatoes in a crockpot or french toast bake.

We'll be making breakfast sammies cooked on a flat top...pork roll, bacon, egg, cheese, green pepper, etc. For the eggs, we cut pepper or onion rings and crack the egg right into the ring to cook on the flat top.

The omelet idea mentioned above is great for large groups, at a tailgate or elsewhere. We use this a lot on scout camping trips. Prep all the ingredient possibilities (bacon, ham, sausage, cheese, onions, tomatoes, peppers) and line them up assembly line style. Use small Ziploc freezer bags and write your name with a Sharpie. Drop in boiling water for 12 mins. Everyone gets to eat at the same time which is kinda nice...and clean-up is a snap.
