The pic is from a Sports Illistrated article from the mid-80's where they just sat around talking about hitting and SI transcribed it. Maybe the the most interesting sports article I ever read. As a bonus, I became a pretty good hitter in LL as a result. I patterned my swing after Mattingly's.
