Since last year. My understanding is that a lot of guys came back because he stayed. He has some health issues and retiring makes a lot of sense for the guy.

Nor sure if this guy will be the OL coach but Borb's major failing was that he didn't really recruit. Duzz knew that but he did a pretty good job with developing guys. Next guy needs to contribute in that regard.
