Not a Clemson fan, but you have to love this. Makes it much less likely that FSU, and Clemson feel that they need a better league in order to compete for championships.

(I know it actually "getting the breeks beat off them", but when the Irish adopted the phrase from the Scots, their pronunciation of breeks comes out sounding like brakes. Breeks is Scottish slang for britches, so they're actually saying "getting the pants beat off")

Clemson suspended 3 Players one being their Top Wideout, and lost DE Starter to an Injury? Big-12 OU not looking good today.

Bama and MSU next and I supporting MSU!

Yes to sum up the thoughts of the board, Oklahoma stinks and Navy would have beat the 1980 Pitt team since they 4 weeks to practice. Got it. ;)

I don't think it was as much that Oklahoma was overrated as it is that Cemson is that good. I really doubt Iowa or Stanford would have had any better luck against them.

The rest of the ACC is for $hit this year but this Clemson team is for real and has played like it all year-for the first time in a long time. The defense is the difference and Watson is sensational. The scheme and play calling maximize his I have said for weeks that they have the best shot at beating Bama IMO. I still think Bama is the boss hog of the whole field, but Clemson at least has the kind of playmakers on offense to have a shot at doing some damage to that incredible Bama D.

It's telling that when a team such as Pitt gets players injured or suspended, the quality of play suffers noticeably. Meanwhile, Clemson suspends three players, Bama has injuries, and they don't even break stride. :(

The Bama/Msu game is putting me to sleep.
Clemson has some playmakers and their oline is for real.
Wveryone talks about their O, but it's their D that has made them so much better than they have been in recent years. Sone good talent, especially up front, and an excellent DC. That said, they will lose by double digits to Bama. It will be a more competitive game than this was though.

Bama and Clemson, men amongst boys. Bama reloads every year and puts half the starters in the NFL or does the NFL put players on Bama's roster. Bama's strength coach makes more than most coordinators.
