On my Mac I split the screen and drag the photo over. Can't remember PC process but it might be the right click copy and paste.
For a while there was a group of tailgaters under the bridge between heinz and pnc that would bring a Joe pa cutout and put various words coming out of his mouth or pitt jerseys on. But it went away with the scandal. I would like to see that back
I'll have to put away my Save a Couch Burn a Hoopie sign and come up with something for the 10th.
The tailgate just moved .
Was a blue 7g fixture for years .
But we are moving up in the world .
Our group has rooms at the Hyatt Pl so we will be in that parking lot. For once I feel good about our tailgate without hitting the NS bars.
I agree. I'm all for making signs to piss off all the PSU fans you can. Just a warning, be prepared to throw down because you know some lunatic will feel he has ro defend them.
And.....? Tailgating everywhere has NOTHING to do with the actual teams and their results. It's all a part of the experience.
Penn State fans are ready from the ones I know. Its going to be.fun. This is.college football. We will be on our feet the entire game so if your the classic old Pitt fan who doesnt like intensity , stay home. Penn State Sucks.
You might wanna tell 81 that. Him and souf are the ones against doing this because it doesn't help the team.

Just wish we could devote half the energy to cheering for Pitt as we devote to rooting against penn state .
imagine telling your buddies you have to stop at walmart to buy some underoos for your sign when they pick you up for the game? Man, that would be funny.. I am all for calling out paterno, Sandusky and psu fans but let's not go this far.. Many creative slogans we can come up with, no "props" needed..
neither does anything we do as fans. Nothing.. here is another shocker, if you show up and cheer on top of your lungs or stay at home and watch on tv, the team and outcome of the game will be the exact same..
finally, a Turk 182 reference.. Great movie btw, any movie with a naked kim cattrell is must see. Robert Urich was taken from us much too early..
I suspect even harmless signs will bring years of stories about how terrible the Pitt fans were and how they feared for their lives.
that's ok, we aren't here to appease them.. Heinz field/pitt games are the most welcoming venue (NOT A GOOD THING) for opposing teams, lets not make it the same for fans. Hell, even Herbstreit said how nice our crowd is for opposing QBs, said it with Jameis Winston's first game.. Again, NOT a compliment..

Since these warped individuals who freely associate with and champion that disgusting institution completely turn my stomach and conjure up nothing by pure revulsion, I hope to have as little interaction with them as possible. I don't want to draw their attention or engage with them at all, neither in a positive or negative fashion.
However, if they find Heinz Field the worst experience of their lives, all the better, as I certainly don't want to see them again in 2 years and I really prefer never to have Pitt associate with them again on the field. While their fans are free to associate themselves with whatever wretchedness they choose, they are not free from the consequence brought by such a public association.
But I hope any displayed references to the atrocities don't make light of a terrible situation with so many real victims still dealing with the continued airing of their scars. Rather, if such things are to be displayed, I hope they draw attention and protest to the continuing misplaced priorities of that administration and cult. Speaking truth about the damaged lives and continuing decrepit atmosphere enveloping that place should sting way worse than ill-conceived attempts to use the decades-long institutionalize cover up of serial child rape as a source of levity.
