Pedersen Pitt trustee legacy

keep in mind that most, if not all, the "what can Pitt do for me" trustees who enabled Petersen and his destructive tenure at pitt are still here enjoying the fruits of their position.... several pitt trustees dug into the data on national and conference spending on coaches, recruiting,etc etc and worse, had the audacity to ask questions on the stadium deal. Their reward--"shut up, that is confidential information!!!" Even the newest first year law student, knows there is NO confidential information that can be withheld from trustees...The trustee who asked the question did the right thing and resigned.. all others stood mute.. And one of the trustees who knew what was coming, warned Pedersen that trustees were armed with info on relative expenditures and knowing what was coming, an orchestration of silence and no inquiry resulted...

Silly. They have under pa law the absolute power. They CHOOSE not to exercise it. They don't want to rock the boat because they enjoy the perks and the networking and what being on the pitt board does for then DISGUSTING.
