Following Sunday's camp, the Pitt coaches told Penn Hills athlete Billy Kisner to give them a call on Monday. He made the call, and the coaches told him that he exceeded their expectations at the camp and moved up the recruiting board, but it sounds like they're not ready to offer just yet. My guess is they want to look at a few more corners in the next couple weeks before making a move.
