If you bet this one congratulations as you will be cashing early. 49 points in the first 16 minutes of the game, with some obviously horrible defense. Was mentioned that Illinois had only 18 scholarship players dressed on defense so they have somewhat of an excuse, but Penn St looks like they aren’t even making any attempt at tackling.
