As it relates to Pitt, the feeling appears to be mutual.
As an aside, did somebody from Pitt bang Goodman's wife or something? The guy seems to go out of his way to run down Pitt at every chance

As much as I wanted to see Sean Miller coaching my Pitt Panthers, I think even more I just wanted to hear that smug, arrogant blow-hard Goodman have to eat his words and say how wrong he was on Sean going home. Damn
Howland would be a grand slam home run that landed in the Mon (not the Allegheny). He is so, so far ahead of every other candidate, including any Miller.
EDIT: I'll add the caveat that he is not "so, so far ahead" of Gregg Marshall, but I don't consider him a candidate.

He's dominating recruiting at MSU. That's Miss State, not Mich State.
Jeff Goodman went to Arizona so I think that has a large part to do with his condescending attitude towards Pitt currently.
as I said in another post think of the PSU fanboys in the local media but on a national level
