Just one moot point about anyone who in anyway criticizes Kenny. If you remember correctly, his Freshman redshirt was wasted in one of the worst decisions in Pitt Football history. (Last play of game against Syracuse with 80 yards to go) He legitimately is a JUNIOR minus one play. Depending on chemistry, NFL comments and team morale, I would consider staying next year to complete a TRUE senior year of eligibility. Just throwing it out there!! So if he were a junior, how would he be graded at this point with suboptimal OL and marginal OC?

If he comes back next year, it would be to grad-transfer. His NFL stock exists despite this team. Only reason he comes back is to go somewhere where his stock improves because of the team.
He’s essentially the same QB this year as he was last year. I’ve never been on the bash train but he hasn’t progressed a ton. His accuracy and touch have always been about the same. Others have noted his footwork. Maybe it’s the staff to some extent. I don’t know. But I doubt his stock goes much higher. I think he’d be better off leaving, going to some camp/QB “guru” and dedicating himself full time to work on those weaknesses that up to now haven’t really gotten much better.
