He doesnt throw a lot of bad passes and doesnt make many mistakes. Our WRs dont get a lot of separation and he puts it right in there. Those passes to Chally and Ford today were NFL level throws.

I was saying same thing. If he continues to perform like this he may be our best qb since Alex Van Pelt.

I think it is clear why they have went with him.

He's pretty heady, and some of his TD throws have been real darts, hitting REAL small spots.

You never know, the wheels could come off a bit, but I like his moxie and he can throw a darn accurate ball.

I thought at times today he looked worse than he has all year, but that also shows how good he has been this year. He really has not made many mistakes at all, shows good poise in the pocket, and has been big in clutch moments a few times this season. On top of that, he really bounced back and had a fantastic second half today. How often do you see a kid too as a graduate transfer have two years of eligibility still when he transfers? He should only be even better next year.

He didn't play very well early but he regrouped and played much better as the game went on. Glad we have him for another season

Imagine how much better he would be if we would stick to the run game a little more during 2 and short, 3 and short, and some play action on 1st down. He gets NO help from the play calling, which is ironic considering he's "Chaney's boy".

I think he is solid. Just wonder if he struggles with a deep ball or they just choose not to

If like to see a few more shots to Boyd

He is. He made some very nice touch passes today.... And we have him for one more year right?

On JP Holtz's TD catch, Pat Bostick said on the radio call that "Holtz was open by a foot!"

Nate P. made a great throw to put it right on Holtz's hands.

Go Pitt.

Yea we've called that TE throwback on the GL twice and it hasn't been open either time. Peterman made a perfect throw there

Not quite sure what NP's deep ball problem is but he seems to throw short line drives instead of getting the ball up and out so as to allow for his receivers to make plays. It is very puzzling to me as it seems like an easy fix but it continues to happen that way.

I was at the game today, and was really impressed with his touch and accuracy. Narduzzi said he expects Peterman to play in the NFL. When you add his very good decision making to his arm and accuracy, I can see why he said that.

Holtz is a hell of a te. He catches balls away from his body as well as really good wide outs. I hope the steeters get him.

Only thing that worries me if that incredibly long throwing motion. I always get worried about a strip sack or a db getting a huge jump. But (knock on wood) hasnt happened yet

The throw he made down the sideline to Challingsworth and the throw to Ford in the back of the end zone were as good as anyone can throw a ball. Truly big time. i think he is gaining confidence and getting better the more he plays.
