We all know what Chad brings to the table and what he is capable of. His last 6-7 games last year, his first year as a starter, were very good. Here are a couple of Peterman's stats to think about before wanting Chad replaced after the first game of the season with a new OC, no Boyd and a vanilla offensive game plan. Chad did not play well, per himself.
Peterman started 2 games for Tennessee, played in 11, and has yet to throw a TD pass. He threw for 104 yards total with Tennessee with under 50% completions ratio. Based on those stats and a nice fade pass to Ford people want him to get that much more playing time?
I'm glad we have Nate as a backup, the best we have had in a few years, but I think anybody wanting him to start or get substantial time after you compare him and Chad is getting way ahead of themselves.
