More pressured Abortions?
Too soon?
That is what happens when you agree to play for such a slime-ball as Pitino. That's great news for our tournament chances but pretty lousy news for a guy like Damion Lee.
The AD is supporting Pitino. Louisville deserves all the worst to happen in that athletic department.
Is there another college in the country that has such a despicable set of head coaches in the 2 most visible sports?Their AD has to be the most detached, simple AD in the country.
He literally said, "We just found out yesterday that we do have a problem". They had problems the minute Pitino and Petrino put pen to paper. They're only just now biting you in this situation. A leopard doesn't change his spots, and both of those coaches' spots are pretty well established.
You should listen to Pitino talk about this. Self Pity at its worst. I loathe the man.I hope the NCAA is not impressed with this self-imposed sanction. Maybe they could consider raping boys in a locker room the actions of a sick individual rather than a lack of institutional control,
but if using prostitution to attract recruits doesn't meet the definition I can't imagine what would.
Lou is a win at all cost school….maybe a raise for Ricky.
Take some of hooker/stripper line item and reallocate it!
The 2 grad transfers are the real losers - maybe the only real losers - in this scenario. They went to 'Ville as their only chance to play in the tournament, and now that is gone. Without knowing all of the details, it looks like the Louisville administration made this move now because it's only impact would be on the 2016 post-season. Incoming recruits will not be effected - only the players on the current roster. They get punished, Pitino and the rest get off. That's great news for our tournament chances but pretty lousy news for a guy like Damion Lee.
Didn't they visit the school prior to committing? I'm sure that they were given some sort of special treatment as well on their visits. Doubt they just went to church. The 2 grad transfers are the real losers - maybe the only real losers - in this scenario. The only ones screwed are the players. Well, the ones that didn't get the hookers.
And to think, there are many here - albeit more so on the football board - who sang the praises of Tom Jurich daily.Their AD has to be the most detached, simple AD in the country.

If it's a post-season ban for this year, you gotta feel for the grad transfers that chose Louisville over a ton of offers from likely NCAAT teams (including Pitt).
