I am picking Pitt. 1-1 in the ACC. Need to go 12-6 the rest of the way to make the Big Dance!
Do you remember when South Florida did that in the Big East? They went 7-6 in the non-con and had to go 12-6 in the Big East just to make the First Four.
I like ND -3.5 a lot but I’ve bet on Pitt like 5 times this year and have been on both sides and have gotten it wrong pretty much every time.
Depends on which ND we get. They are Jekyll and Hyde. Good ND easily covers IMO.
I’m betting Pitt money line. Pitt plays hard. ND doesn’t. This should be 0.5.

Hopefully you didn’t pull the trigger yet, both Westgate and Circa went to 4, so I’m sure it’s a matter of time before most of the other books follow.
I am happy to say that this will be my first game of the year. Should be fun.

I like a nice bet, but I really think you have to be a degenerate to bet on this one. Impossible to know which ND team shows up and Pitt is easily 10 points better or worse on any given game depending on if they can simply shoot OK compared to AWFUL. Effort looks like it'll always be there, but I'm avoiding Pitt in ACC games unless they are totally being disrespected with the line like the SJU game, as they seem like a squad that will never go away and can grab you a backdoor.
With a spread this low, I wouldn't bet on the team in the bottom 15% of FT% against a team in the top 10%. Will the zoo be even half full with break? Will there be more Pitt fans than Yinzer Domers?

So at home against ND would be considered one of our better chances to win?
We should “expect” a very competitive game?
I’ll take my chances with ND -4. I think they win by 10-15. If we win, it’s a nice pleasant surprise. Just hope we don’t lose by 3 or less haha
I would expect ND to shoot a higher percentage than us, certainly at the foul line and protect the ball better than us.
Maybe we can get them in foul trouble. They only play 7 and Hubb and Wertz have not played well.

Definitely the side I would play if I had a gun to my head. Would rather just root for Pitt tonight than sweat it out.
If south fla ever played basketball in the Big East, I have erased such a thing from memory
