Recruiting Update Pitt adds a JuCo punter

Cade Dowd played for Coffeyville CC in Kansas the past two seasons. He carried a 36.8 yard per punt average. I'm guessing he is coming to Pitt as a walk-on (No Pat Signal or anything), but with the ability to compete for the starting job and eventually earn a scholarship if he wins the starting nod.
