I was flipping around the channels last Friday and found that. Had to stop and watch it.
Has any of these players seen a shot pump fake before? There has been at least five players needlessly leaving their feet. That last possession that happened led to a wide open rebound follow.
Spare me the lecture about this team not quitting when we cut a 29-point lead to 22 in the second half. They flat out aren't hustling right now.

They looked like they are getting their offensive gameplan from the NBA Jams arcade game.
I loved the offensive set where literally everyone just stood there for like 3 seconds and didn’t move. I thought they were playing a game of Simon Says.
What do you mean no offensive sets? Pass and hold, pass and hold, wait for shot clock to get to three and turn the ball over or take a highly contested shot. We run great offense.

We play very similarly to Duke on offense.
The difference is that Duke has high level athletes who are good basketball players, and we have guys like Onyebuchi Ezeakudo and Noah Collier.
You have a better chance of Capel calling an in bounds play that produces a layup.

Capel should be fired as soon as the team gets home. There is no reason for Heather to wait at this point. It is borderline disrespectful to the university.
Gueye would’ve been an incredible 6th man/spot starter on a good team. It’s a shame he’s wasted on this mess

Even more frustrating is they are a mere 48 hours from playing the best half of basketball they played all season.

In hindsight- that’s also why hiring Capel was a bad idea.
