I'm serious players like a coach like that and so do fans! I do!
That's one of his GREAT personality traits when " his head blows off."
He's supporting his players, his team, the fans, PITT, etc.
He works harder physically than some of the players on this team!
I hate the coaches who just sit there and stare at the action!
He is just a few players away from a great team but that's his challenge to Make That Happen!

His sideline demeanor is just fine. He doesn't berate the kids...ever in public. Shouting instructions. A control freak?? Yep. The good ones are.
