I hope there are some motivational tactics being used, because I hope of few of the seniors listed as starters aren't playing significant minutes.

Guess this confirms Ford isn't a starter for now.

Backups on the OL tell me that the kids they brought in last year are coming along.

I don't put much stock in these early depth charts. Too much can happen between now and game time.
