USC sucked pretty bad up front last year. They have added some nice pieces, but it will take more than one year for them to be good again.

19 feels about right to me for pitt based on last season and what they have back. Addison definitely a tough loss that lowered Pitt ranking.

Their fan base goes through these weird fluctuations where they go from wanting to set the athletic building on fire in February to having arguments about what seed they are getting in the CFP by June. They follow the old Pirate fanboy model.

It's pretty much an annual right of passage. You're just noticing it because they're on the schedule.

Looks similar to what I remember of his previous ranking, except Pitt fell a little and Miami maybe improved a little with the transfers.
