-It has also been reported that Raines is a virtual Pitt lock, an Elite gamebreaking recruit in the 2018 class.

-This does not include Elite recruits like Proctor, Garbutt, Twyman, or even players like Wade, Reeves, Becton, etc.. and we have a strong chance to pull in a few of these players too.

-Pitt closed very strong last year. Pitt should close very strong this year, or even stronger this year than last year after the bell sounds on loi day.

Never burn s RS on a QB unless you absolutely need to- he's not playing a position that players normally jump to the pros after their third year. You'd like this guy to start at least 3 years. QBs don't grow on trees particularly for Pitt.

Raines is a safety / Qb / WR combo, Hooker a Db / WR combo, along with Ford who is a safety / WR combo. All three are Elite massive talents on both sides of the ball.

-Pitt has led for Hooker for a long time. Anyone saying Ohio State leads is like saying Paris Ford is going to Penn State, or, according to the Pittsburgh Papers, Cal Pa. These kids talk to each other. The only DB not seeming to get the light yet is Wade, and he may be getting a new pair of glasses after Sept. 10th

He definitely would think LONG and hard about an OSU offer, but the Ryan Donnelly (who Peak brought in to the pay side during the summer) worked Ohio and he is pretty wired in and because they are recruiting at such an incredibly high level nationally does not think he will get offered.

Definitely looks promising for Raines, but when it is all said and done he is going to be an OLB in college.
