I think tipoff was always scheduled for 7:30, just most people don't realize that ESPN advertises 7pm but has a 30 min pregame show planned, as they usually do for these Overseas games. That's why the ESPN broadcast is listed as 7-10pm, when college games are usually 2 hrs

Think this has more to due with the earthquake and tsunami warning. SW Japan... Don't know where the base is that we are playing at in relation but still scary
