Upper St. Clair offensive tackle Gabe Houy is a 2017 recruit in Pitt's backyard - and Pat Narduzzi wants to keep him home.

Pittsburgh and Toledo are the two schools that have offered Houy, and the 6-foot-6, 270-pound lineman seems to have a good amount of interest in Pitt.

Houy attended Pitt's season opener and he's also been to Penn State for the Rutgers game. Most recently, Houy attended the Panthers' game against Notre Dame.

"I had a great time. I thought the atmosphere was nice and I talked to most of the coaches like Coach Narduzzi, Coach Peterson and others," Houy said in recapping his weekend trip to Pitt for the Panthers' game against Notre Dame.
