12 minutes in and all of Pitt's starters have made at least two baskets already. Now we just need someone else to start making baskets too.

The days of passing it around the arc for 20 seconds are over. This team plays such a more exciting brand of basketball than we've been used to. And I like the scrappiness on D. Nice to see some turnovers being created.

Capel hit the sweet spot of getting super talented guys who aren't one and dones. His first class is a lot like a Jay Wright class, just with top 100 guys instead of top 50-75 guys. Imagine what he can bring in when he's not coming off of a winless season.

Iowa is one of the nation's leaders in FTA. Keep them off the foul line and run them off the 3 point line and I dont think they can beat us

I’m not sure we win this game. Regardless this is a bubble team. When you have guards and wings who can slash and shoot from the outside and play defense anything is possible.

We really played a "new school" game in the first half with regards to shot selection. We took 11 threes, 18 shots at or near the rim, and only two mid-range shots, the second of which was the N'Dir three at the first half buzzer.
