The problem with, they're a few good players from being really good is that when you get those few good players in the future, you have to replace the curent good players. It's an endless cycle of needing talent. It's why I think more time and money needs spent on recruiting.

This is where quality coaching makes above average recruiting turn into a great team. They develop guys and eventually talent matches up with redshirt senior contributors.

I am impressed with PITT...have been since JC was a Soph. and showed tremendous flashes of greatness. To bad he had to miss last year. The team is good and could be very good by seasons end. They have real good chances against Miami and VT to put'em away. Peterson is not a bad QB and the backs are among the best in the ACC. You guys may not realize it but Scott Stadium in Charlottesville is a tuff place to win. Your team did a nice job yesterday. Congratulations. A Tar Heel fan.
