Great to read about how a Four Star Big Ten Region recruits comes to Pitt!
Excerpt:

Defensive tackle Amir Watts of Phillips Academy in Chicago became the fifth four-star prospect to commit to Pitt — the most in eight years — when he told coach Pat Narduzzi on Sunday night he plans to sign with the Panthers on Feb. 3.....Pitt won a commitment from Watts over 24 other schools, including Penn State, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky.......Watts, 6-foot-3, 260 pounds, is ranked the No. 25 defensive tackle in the country, seventh overall in Illinois by Rivals.com.

Another bigtime recruit for a need position. I love the way this class is coming together. Will Hamlin see through the Cent. Catholic grad coaching hirings and realize Pitt is it? Will Hudson realize he can be an absolute star in this defense? They say "Home is a place you grow up wanting to leave, and grow old wanting to get back to." Hopefully Damar and Khaleke realize they can have the best of both worlds by staying home close to family/friends and still realizing your NFL dreams.

5 4-star recruits! This is shaping up to be a great class. We could definitely use a defensive tackle in the near future too. Great get by Narduzzi.

Very good commit. Fraud Franklin tried to swoop in and steal him and got curb stomped. Classic.
