Wentzel with a very clean 3-0 win with lots of riding time. 12-9 the good guys.

McGill wrestling pretty well at 174 in the first. Could be a pivotal match.

Harvey with a late first period takedown. 2-0 going into the second.

Nice win for Harvey. 18-9. Big matchup coming up at 197.

Pitt sweeps the last two with a workmanlike 197 and an OT win at heavyweight. 24-9 Pitt win.

I miss the Field House in person and the forum.

That was a clean win. Very nice to see the young guys (Badgett and McGill) get solid wins in the toss up matches. I still like Slinger at HWT. He wont hurt the team much this year and he has a decent ceiling. The Lehigh freshmen gave Wentzel and Harvey all they could handle. Lawrence will be a problem in the future

Watching the scrimmage matches, and I like what I see out of Burnett and Petrucelli. Both are plus athletes with good skill bases. I see Petrucelli as the next Gregg Harvey type guy in the program who could push for AA by the end of his career.
