Pitt OL nationally recognized with Joe Moore Award

The Pitt offensive line was recognized by The Foundation for Teamwork with the Joe Moore Award. This is presented to the top offensive line units in the entire country for the 2018 college football season. They were given the distinction of “semifinalist,” just missing out on the top award.


Well deserved considering they produced two 1,000 yard rushers. Congrats to Coach Borbely and the players.

Congrats to them, tremendous job with run blocking. There are things that can be questioned on how bad the pass blocking was, but this kind of award seems to validate the suspicion that Pickett (thanks possibly to Watson's crapulence) was a big or main reason (unable or unwilling to use a pocket etc.)
