Pitt lands North Carolina transfer CB Zion Ferguson
Pitt has picked up a commitment from North Carolina transfer cornerback Zion Ferguson.
Pitt has its first transfer pickup of the spring window. North Carolina transfer Zion Ferguson was in Pittsburgh yesterday and committed to the Panthers today, he told Rivals. The former top recruit spent last season at UNC and didn't see the field, but he was highly sought-after coming out of Gainesville (GA) High. 40+ offers coming out of HS, mainly major P4 programs.
6-1, 175lbs, showed a nose for the football in HS. He's a good, intriguing pickup with four seasons of eligibility remaining.
