Nathan Peterman certainly enjoyed the perks of sharing a training facility with the Pittsburgh Steelers during his time as the quarterback at the University of Pittsburgh. Peterman, who turned heads throughout Senior Bowl week, said told Scout.com’s Jon Ledyard that he would receive tips from Ben Roethlisberger when the two quarterbacks would see each other at the teams' joint facility over the past two years. After transferring from Tennessee following the 2014 season, Big Ben threw for 5,236 yards with 47 touchdowns and 17 interceptions during his two seasons with the Panthers. While being interviewed by the Cleveland Browns during Senior Bowl week, the 6'4, 225-pound Peterman said that, while transferring from Tennessee to Pitt was challenging, it provided him an opportunity to grow while learning to overcome obstacles, qualities that should serve him well when he faces adversity at the next level. "The transition is hard anytime you go through it, but there's such great people at Pittsburgh that made it easy for me," Peterman said. "I learned a lot of things...how to have tough skin and how to overcome adversity, and just to have fun at the end of the day. Football is a game and it's meant to be fun."........................
