PSU knows the truth, we are their rival, except we don't want to be associated with things they allow on campus, like rape and such, they should be grateful we play them

Its pathetic their fans cannot understand how tarnished their name is throughout the country. Yet, their denial is almost comical.

The fact their fans think they are above to play Pitt is borderline insane. They should be grateful we play them. Considering they are nothing but a mid teir big 10 team. Who everyone in the country laughs at.

Digressing, but wow, there are some awesome games Labor Day weekend.

Interesting article that shows the demand for Pitt - Penn St tickets compared to other big games.

I'm surprised the demand is so high since I've been hearing for years that Penn St fans don't care about this game.

It also shows other fans don't care about other Penn St games since those games are not in high demand either.

Correct. They don't care about Pitt and despise playing such an inferior program...however they also will have 75% of the seats in Heinz and are the reason Pitt had an all time season ticket sales year.

I guess they don't have logic classes at PSU branch campus locations.

I must be the only guy that has no desire to go to this game. I'll watch it with friends, but have 0 interet in being there by PSU fans.

Can't be right. SMF has already declared the Pitt - Penn State ticket the toughest and most expensive ever.

You do know I said "might be," right? And besides that, it still "might be." I still "might be" right. Right now, the cheapest 2 SEATS together (not a single, not SRO) is $235 but the game is much sooner than others on the list. Those prices will fall more than Pitt/PSU which is less than 3 weeks away.

No, I'm there with you. I might not even watch it on tv, because I don't want to look at psu or listen the announcers try to make excuses for them.

Also its hard to imagine people are getting 300 to 500 a tcket where we sit, that pays for almost the whole cost for a year. If I could talk my son and best friend to hit a bar for the game, across street from stadium, we could pocket 1500. My son has never seen this game in person, that's the only reason to not sell I think

I haven't looked at what some of the other rivalry games are getting a ticket, but I'm seeing 300 to 500 a seat, steep. I am guessing some SEC games and the Michigan Ohio St game are getting more. If our game is top 10, then that's a good thing, people still care
