Pitt Track - Spratling #2 and #3

Spratling is ranked #2 in the NCAA and #3 in the world in 400 meters at 45.57. The 4x400 relay should do very well in the ACC championships and the NCAA's.

Also Carvin Nkanata has the top time in the ACC in the 200 and broke his own school record of 20.79

Those are two special kids. Not having seen them run beyond video is unfortunate. Might have to go see them at Penn Relays in April.

I agree. I will be able to see them at the ACC championships at Clemson next month. It will be fun.

It would be great to see another Pitt Olympic gold medalist in 2016.

Brycen finishing 6th overall - 4th in his heat (of 4) - at today's USTAF in Albequerque.

Not the best finish, but definitely cool seeing the Pitt uniform at a prestigious event like that.

Wow! What an exciting kick by Spratling on the final turn of the 4x400m. That smile of his on that kick to pass the UNC anchor is my favorite moment of the season so far. He *KNEW* he had it.

Carvin Nnkanata (200m) & Men's 4X400m take 1st place finishes on the day. Micah Murray (Penn Hills) got 3rd in the 400m.
