Yeah, college volleyball matches are best of five.
If it does make it to the fifth set, the set only goes to 15 rather than 25.

This whole idea of having to show the ref a little square to challenge a call is so dumb. How about the coach just says to the ref, I'm challenging the call.
"She is here to compete and win."

Shoutout to Cat Flood and Cam Ennis. Two sort of under the radar players who just battled. This is such an incredibly deep Pitt team
Dan Fisher is well worth whatever they are paying him.
Putting in the freshman is such a ballsy move in the 3rd set. I think it was like 20-20 or 19-18, and she runs off 3 points.
Volleyball is a lot like women’s hoops. It’s a game where a select few coaches just dominate. As long as he is here, we will always be very, very good.
Man I don’t know how Wisc comes back in that set and takes the lead…and then Pitt overcomes that. Unreal.

That was just incredible to overcome blowing the 19-12 lead in the first set and Wiscy storming back in the fifth to take a 13-12 lead with Pitt gutting out three straight points to win. All on the #2 nationally ranked Big Ten Champs' sold out home floor, snapping their 21-game win streak not to mention they were unbeaten at home all season.
Volleyball has to be one of the most nerve wracking sports to watch if the teams are evenly matched and you have a interest in the outcome.
If that didn't get your pulse moving as a Pitt fan, than I don't know what would.
This is also the first year in Pitt history where the school will have had two teams finish in the top 4 of an NCAA Championship event in the same academic year.
