Clemson ties it up in the 7th....

two singles, a sacrifice and a ground out get a run home for the Tigers. After the sacrifice Pitt brought Harris in to pitch.

I thought Frabasilio could have nailed the runner at home on that high chopper to 3rd with one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd but he threw to 1st instead and the tying run scored.

Agree .... but it is also telling that you don't have someone who can pinch hit for one or both of those batters (8th and 9th batter).

This Pitt team has very good starting pitching, even for the ACC level. The relievers aren't nearly as good and the midweek starters are......well.......I'll be nice.

The problem on this team though is that they can't hit.......at all. Usually the lack of scholarship funding would affect pitching but at least at the top, its been good enough. But, we really lack guys who can hit at this level.
