More concerned about hitting some shots. Can't afford bad decisions like Gueye made on the last possession.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but Gueye will be in the league next year..he has turned himself into a force on both ends..playing with swagger and confidence..he has every tool
G-League or Overseas IMO, but if he keeps improving then he has a chance down the line.
ND's zone causing problems. They're totally focused on denying Hugley the ball, too.

Two huge free throw opportunities for Femi. He barely grazes rim on the front end of a 1-and-1, and then he throws a 75 mph brick at the rim/backboard with a chance to go up by two. Hack-a-Femi is a legit strategy down the stretch for the opposition.

Heartbreaker. A lot of encouraging stuff there but that was a tough way to let it go. Hugley is a beast.
Those last two critical foul shots by Femi weren’t just bad, they were embarrassing. I know he drove and scored a clutch tough one, but come on…..you’d be hard pressed to find a guard who’s that bad from the foul line. Barely drew rim on either.

I would suggest the 10 treys notre dame made were more important than the potential 6 points lost at the line for pitt
Defense was mostly good except for during their second half run. We were switching everything pretty nicely but got caught over helping and leaving shooters open. They didn't miss late at all so that is a credit to them. Sometimes I think it is better to just let the guy drive it and foul him, than leaving shooters open. In the end, it was just a repeat of what we have seen many times before. We let a guy get hot, and he proceeds to kill us.
What happened to your Souf handle? Permanent blacklist huh?
If you consider how many free throws they took and the percentage they made, you would agree it was lost at the line.
