Well folks if we don't give up 700 yards passing to SU and Duke we may win 7 and go to a crap bowl but not sure that's even a given. That win over PSU seems like decades ago now and that game really was the start of this god awful pass defense rearing its ugly head. Just really can't ever remember a worse group of DB's but I really can't understand the unwillingness to change schemes to your personelle

A couple of points. Hamlin would have played if healthy. But the loss of the corners made his red shirt a goner. Now play him. Watts has a quick first step. Spot him at DE to see what he can do. Keep Camp RS. You have Soto, Jarrett, Taleni and Roy. Like Blair as a rotation DE, But Pitt has to hope Hendrix is back and ready to go next year.

Like Wirginis at MLB. Iwodo is not a Div1 linebacker. Brightwell needs to play more. Hope Clark is a beast next year. Mac V or Bo have to be better than Peterman next year. Year three the past class and what is left from HCPC tenure have to make improvement. Narduzzi if he has a crap secondary next year, I think that will be a real issue as to his decision making. If Pitt is to get there, they need to close on the priorities like Munford, Bennett, Twyman and Proctor. I think Garbett is VTechs to lose.

Agree - almost looked like he was playing an option or defending against a cut back - He seemed to be defending a space rather than attempting to make a tackle
