Pitt wrestling vs Iowa St

Pitt lost a heartbreaker to #3 Iowa St. The match ended 15-15. Iowa St won on criteria (a tie breaker).

Even though it was a loss, to lose to #3 on criteria should build some momentum down the stretch.
Did we lose it in the last 10 seconds of the final match?

According to the NCAA rule book the tie breaking criteria are:

1) Greater number of victories (5-5 in this match, so no winner)

2) Combined total of falls, forfeits, defaults and disqualifications (there weren't any of them in the match)

3) Total match points scored only from decisions, major decisions and technical falls (here is where we lost)

I think Gavin misspoke. He said they lost on the 4th tiebreaker, when it actually was the third: total points scored in the individual bouts. Iowa State had 6 more.

My post was literally copied from the NCAA Manual. The NCAA Manual doesn't even list a fourth criteria.
