WOW, it is a Triple Hat Trick, Pitt, Penn State and West Virginia! Coach of of the Big Ten, Big-12 and even ACC may be in order! Not demanding it, guessing at it, or a hunch, just saying well done!#25 in the playoff rankings.
And they made it abundantly clear Ohio State is in and Penn State has essentially no chance despite what some ( @steel_curtain ) might have preached.
#25 in the playoff rankings.
The guy has been around since 2001 and has 1000+ posts. I think it's safe to say he's not a NitterSee, i knew it. You're a nitter.
I don't see Ohio beating W Michigan, but yeah, that is certainly possible. I think UF will get a lot of leeway if they stay within even 20 of Alabama, so that might be the hardest one to see us jumping, even though they are the most likely to lose and get throttled in the process.Ohio beats W Michigan (17)
Temple or Army beats Navy (19)
Baylor beats WVU (16)
Alabama beats Florida (15)
Clemson beats VaTech (23)
Can Pitt jump to 20 before bowl season begins???
If thye get in that messes up the whole playoff system and the theory that the best four get in. You cannot be third in your conference and 2nd best in the country. that means it should be Alabama vs the Big Ten because the two teams in the championship should get in as well. And they made it abundantly clear Ohio State is in and Penn State has essentially no chance despite what some ( @steel_curtain ) might have preached.
No it doesn't. They lost 1 game. They lost a tiebreaker for their division. They tied for 1st in that division with PSU. Michigan finished 3rd in that division. If thye get in that messes up the whole playoff system and the theory that the best four get in. not 100% sure but i think this is the computer part of it(iirc they throw in the ap poll as well? i forget)Serious question... Does anyone know or what a link to what the rankings would be if the BCS still existed?
