I guess we are considering Benji Bell, a JUCO for the 2015 Class. Not sure who else would be a viable option that the staff is considering. I thing Gibbs has stated he is not going anywhere, and I think Lovett may have issues qualifying. So maybe there is another transfer out there looming. I really think the guard position needs to be our priority.

The 5th year transfer market is just starting to open. The bad news is, we have nit had great success there. Chase Adams was one if the first to utilize that rule but barely made a ripple here.
People probably won't like to hear if but Bill Barton is usually the guy who tracks Jucos. There could be other candidates there who haven't been mentioned yet.

I'm not trying to correct you, but only to say that we really haven't had ANY success in the 5th year transfer market, per se.

We definitely need to bring in a top PG in '16. We can get away without getting one this year IF we get enough talent elsewhere so JR can at least become efficient again and IF Newkirk somehow finds his way out of the wilderness. It would be good to get a Benji Bell in '15 but we simply have to get a good 4 year guy in '16.

Qualifying from what I've read is going to be quite a challenge unfortunately. One he's not very likely to achieve.
