Pitt's defense has not been making many plays behind the line of scrimmage in the last few games. I'm looking for them to step it up again and rack up a bunch of tackles in NC's backfield Thursday night.

more of a problems with the d-backs rather than the line. Hopefully they can change course from the previous weeks.
Well, honestly, you are both right. We missed quite a few tackles,and several would have been tfl, and kudos to the QBs at Gtech and Syracuse, they were pretty gifted at getting away from hits.
And, also, I think Syracuse really schemed quick hitters to nullify the blitzes then when we stopped blitzing they threw downfield more.
I think UNC does the exact same thing, and we get nickled and dimed with quick passes and read options to nullify our blitz then they try to open it up

The DL looked tired the last 2 games. We need to substitute often to keep guys fresh…..IMO
