Just to turn the page quickly.... I'll pose the following question.
Should James Connor come back for his senior year given the number of high quality upper class running backs this year and an extra year of conditioning?
 
Absolutely. And I think he will. I think he looks just fine right now, but he's not having the same year as '14. He could use another nice season to boost his stock.
 
I don't know if its conditioning or protecting himself at this point. My guess the latter.
 
No and no.

At his position....and given what happened to him last year....if he's good enough to help Pitt next year, he should go to the NFL. And I think he will.

Only exception would be if he was a niche college back with no hope for the NFL, which absolutely no one here would have suggested before last year's opener.
