Postponed.

BTW, did the team fly up to Boston today? If so, they are almost certainly going to play this game at some point this weekend, maybe Monday afternoon at the latest. But if they did not already fly up there they certainly aren't flying up anytime tomorrow.

Yep. I doubt they could even fly up Sunday as Logan is likely to be an absolute disaster for days.

If at 4:00 won’t be on tv, accn 4:00 and 6:00 have woman’s games on according to accn only 9:00pm and 11:00pm have games with teams to be announced

Yeah they aren’t flying into the international airport. That’s not how it works when you fly private.

Wouldn't surprise if game gets cancelled before Pitt leaves for Boston due to drifting snow on airport runways and Boston roads.

I would think that they would be flying charter and would definitely be flying into major airports. Rather than flying private jets into regional airports.

Well the airports are still closed till noon tomorrow. So let's see how it goes.

If, and that is a big IF, the team can get to Boston, how are they going to get to the arena to play the game? It's a mess up there and streets aren't open. I don't think this game is being played today or any time in the next few days. Is an airport around Boston, any airport, even open today?

My nieces live in Boston. They told me that they definitely have snow plows up there.

Yes, I know that. I also travel every week by plane and know how these airports function. It isn't as easy as saying "let's get the snow plows out to clean the roads". It's a safety issue also. There are flooded roads and icy roads also. It's not as simple as you think it is.

No need for smart ass comments.

What about power outages? There are a few.

Let me add that my first concern if I were part of this Pitt entourage would be the safety of the team and whoever is accompanying them. Why take the chance to play a game when these kinds of conditions exist? If it can't be rescheduled, so be it. It's not important.

In any case, I'll catch the score later tonight. I'll be at dinner with my wife and enjoying some fine wine with my exceptional woman.

According to a recent study:

Red wine is supposed to reduce your chances of getting Covid by up to 17%. White wine by up to 10%

Unfortunately, beer is supposed to increase your likelihoods of getting Covid by 28% and liquor has no effect either way.
